Gumroad sends the receipt and download or library-access information to the email address used at checkout. Review that address carefully before completing your purchase, and check spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders if the receipt does not appear.

Use the download or library-access link provided by Gumroad. Save the file to a secure device and maintain a backup. Keep your Gumroad receipt because it contains information Vrenara may need to provide support.

• Open the file in a current PDF reader.
• For a fillable PDF, download the file before entering information and use a reader that supports form fields.
• Save a separate completed copy so the original remains available.
• Print at Actual Size or 100% unless your printer requires Fit to Page.
• Printing results may vary by printer, paper size, device, and software.

English, Spanish, and bilingual editions are separate licensed products unless the listing expressly states that more than one edition is included. Confirm the language edition and file contents before checkout.

A PDF may be stamped with purchaser information or an order identifier to identify the licensed copy and discourage unauthorized sharing. Removing or obscuring a purchaser stamp, watermark, copyright notice, or license notice is prohibited.

Email hello@vrenara.com with:

• The product name.
• The purchase email address.
• The Gumroad order or receipt number.
• Your device type and PDF reader.
• A short description of what happens when you open or download the file.

Do not send a completed form or sensitive information. Vrenara may provide troubleshooting, restored access, or a corrected file when appropriate.

You are responsible for storing downloaded and completed materials securely. Follow the privacy, recordkeeping, and information-security rules that apply to your household, workplace, agency, school, or organization.
