Terms and Conditions

Vrenara provides digital and planned physical resources for caregivers, families, workforce professionals, training programs, employers, and organizations. Product pages describe the included files or materials, format, language edition, price, delivery method, intended audience, and license type.

Digital purchases are currently processed and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad's own terms and privacy practices also apply to checkout and delivery.

You are responsible for entering an accurate email address at checkout and reviewing the product description, format, language edition, price, and license before purchasing.

Digital files are delivered through the email address or account access provided by Gumroad. Save your receipt and a secure backup promptly. No physical item will be shipped unless the product listing expressly identifies a physical product.

Vrenara products are licensed, not transferred with unrestricted ownership rights. An individual or household purchase grants only the limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable use stated on the listing and included license page.

Unless a written license expressly permits it, you may not:

• Forward, upload, publicly post, share, or distribute a digital file.
• Provide printed or digital copies to coworkers, clients, students, employees, agencies, schools, classes, programs, or other organizations.
• Resell, sublicense, white-label, translate, modify, or use a product to create a competing product.
• Remove or obscure a purchaser stamp, watermark, copyright notice, or license notice.

Organizations and groups must obtain a separate written organization license. See Licensing.

Where supported, a digital file may contain purchaser information, an order identifier, a watermark, or another license notice used to identify the authorized copy and discourage unauthorized distribution.

Vrenara's website content, products, text, layouts, graphics, branding, trademarks, and original materials are owned by Vrenara LLC or used with permission. All rights not expressly granted by a written license are reserved.

Vrenara products support education and organization. They do not replace emergency services; qualified medical, nursing, legal, tax, payroll, immigration, employment, licensing, financial, or other professional advice; agency or employer policies; supervisor direction; or a client-specific plan of care.

You remain responsible for professional judgment, legal compliance, appropriate screening, workplace procedures, and decisions made using a Vrenara resource.

Use of a Vrenara product does not guarantee certification, employment, job retention, caregiver performance, regulatory compliance, safety, health outcomes, successful hiring, successful placement, cost savings, revenue, or another particular result.

Vrenara may correct errors, update content, change prices or availability, discontinue products, or revise website features. A purchased license applies to the edition and scope identified at the time of purchase unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Vrenara is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of Gumroad or another third-party service. Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vrenara LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the website or a Vrenara product. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Digital sales are generally final once access is provided, subject to the limited review process and any nonwaivable rights described in the Refund Policy.

Vrenara may update these terms when its products, services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be revised when an updated version is published.
