Depending on how you interact with Vrenara, we may receive:

• Contact information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and message.
• Licensing or agency-pilot information, such as the product requested, intended use, number of users or copies, number of locations, language edition, and desired start date.
• Purchase and support information made available through Gumroad, such as the purchaser name, purchase email, product, order number, transaction status, and support history.
• Basic technical or security information generated by the website or hosting services, such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from an internet address, and activity needed to operate, protect, or troubleshoot the site.

Gumroad processes checkout and payment information under its own terms. Vrenara does not directly receive your complete payment-card number.

Vrenara does not need completed worksheets or forms to provide customer support. Do not email or submit client or patient information, diagnoses, medication lists, completed care forms, financial records, employment records, applicant records, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.

If you need technical help, describe the problem without attaching a completed document.

Vrenara may use information to:

• Respond to product, support, privacy, accessibility, licensing, and agency-pilot inquiries.
• Confirm purchases and help resolve delivery or file-access problems.
• Prepare and administer organization-license offers and agreements.
• Maintain business, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records.
• Improve Vrenara's website, products, customer communications, and support processes.
• Protect Vrenara's rights, customers, products, and services.

Vrenara may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that support website hosting, email, file delivery, payment processing, customer support, security, accounting, or legal compliance. Those providers may include Gumroad and the services used to host vrenara.com and Vrenara email.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer where permitted by law.

Vrenara does not sell customer contact information.

If you choose to subscribe, request a free resource, or submit an organization-interest form, Vrenara may collect your name, email address, organization, role, language preference, interests, and information about how you interact with our emails. We use this information to deliver requested resources, send relevant updates, improve our communications, and respond to inquiries. We use MailerLite to manage subscriptions and email delivery. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any marketing email. Please do not submit client, patient, employee, student, medical, or other sensitive personal information through Vrenara email-capture forms.

At the time of this policy, Vrenara does not intentionally operate Vrenara-controlled advertising cookies, advertising pixels, customer accounts, or direct payment collection on vrenara.com. The website host and linked third-party services may use essential or service-specific technologies under their own policies.

This policy and the Cookie Notice must be updated before Vrenara activates controlled analytics, advertising technology, a live mailing-list form, customer accounts, or direct checkout.

Vrenara retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received and for legitimate business, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type.

Vrenara uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to its current operations. No website, email system, file-transfer method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact Vrenara to request correction or deletion of information you previously submitted. Vrenara may need to retain certain records when required for transactions, licenses, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or the protection of rights.
