Licensing

When a product is sold for individual or household use, the original purchaser receives a limited, nonexclusive, and nontransferable license. The purchaser may download, save, and print the resource for the use stated on the product listing.

The digital file may not be shared, forwarded, uploaded to a shared drive, distributed to coworkers, students, clients, or other households, reproduced for a group, resold, or redistributed.

Home care agencies, schools, training programs, employers, workforce programs, nonprofits, consultants, and other groups need an organization license when a resource will be shared with more than one purchaser.

Organization licensing may include one-time distribution, annual single-site use, or custom multi-site use. The permitted product, number of users or copies, locations, language edition, and license period will be stated in the written license offer.

Any 25-user founding agency pilot rights apply only when expressly included in a written Vrenara offer or agreement. They are not automatically included with an individual purchase.

• The product you are interested in
• Your organization’s name
• How you intend to use the resource
• The anticipated number of users or copies
• The number of locations
• The preferred language edition

Vrenara will respond with the appropriate licensing option and terms.

Product-specific listings and signed organization-license agreements control the permitted use. Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership, resale rights, or unrestricted reproduction rights.
