Educational and Professional Disclaimer
Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026
Vrenara resources support education, preparation, communication, and organization. They do not replace qualified advice, emergency services, agency policies, supervisor direction, or individualized professional judgment.
Not emergency or medical guidance
Vrenara does not provide emergency response, diagnosis, treatment, nursing assessment, medication advice, or individualized medical guidance. Call 911 for an immediate emergency. Care workers must follow the client's approved plan of care, their training and permitted role, agency or employer policy, and supervisor or nurse direction.
Not legal, employment, tax, payroll, immigration, licensing, or financial advice
Laws, regulations, employment classifications, screening requirements, payroll duties, tax obligations, licensing rules, and professional responsibilities vary by location and situation. Consult the appropriate qualified professional or government authority before acting on a Vrenara resource in those areas.
Caregiver and workforce resources
General checklists, scripts, scenarios, and documentation prompts cannot account for every client's condition, care plan, workplace policy, or emergency. They do not authorize a worker to perform a task outside their approved role or plan of care.
Family-care and dementia resources
Vrenara organizers and communication tools help collect and present information. They do not create legal decision-making authority, establish a diagnosis, replace medical records, or direct clinical treatment. Families remain responsible for confirming information with qualified professionals and the appropriate decision-maker.
Hiring resources
Vrenara does not recruit, screen, investigate, verify, endorse, recommend, employ, or supervise caregiver candidates. Hiring parties remain responsible for interviews, references, background checks, identity and work-authorization requirements, written agreements, payroll, taxes, insurance, supervision, and compliance with applicable law.
AI-related resources
Vrenara AI guides and prompt tools provide examples and organizational workflows. Outputs from an AI system may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or outdated and require human review. Do not enter protected health information, client-identifying information, employee medical information, Social Security numbers, passwords, confidential records, or other sensitive information into public AI tools.
No guaranteed result
Use of a Vrenara product does not guarantee certification, employment, job retention, caregiver performance, successful hiring, regulatory compliance, safety, health outcomes, cost savings, revenue, or another specific result.
User responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for your situation, obtaining qualified advice when needed, confirming current requirements, storing completed materials securely, and following the rules that apply to your household, workplace, agency, school, or organization.
