+−How does licensing work?
Each plan includes organization distribution rights under the Vrenara license. Resources may be shared with the caregivers and families your organization supports within your plan’s limits. See our licensing terms for details.
+−How do renewals work?
Contact us before your term ends to review your plan. We will confirm renewal timing and options with your organization directly.
+−What happens if we exceed our distribution limits?
Each plan lists its caregiver, family-distribution, and site limits. If your organization needs more, contact us to discuss moving to a higher plan or an Enterprise arrangement.
+−Can we pay annually?
Yes. Annual pricing is $1,990/year for Workforce Essentials, $3,490/year for Care Partner, and $4,990/year for Care Partner Plus. Monthly pricing remains $199/month, $349/month, and $499/month respectively. Enterprise / Multi-Site is custom pricing.
+−Can we pay monthly?
Yes. Each listed plan shows a monthly price.
+−Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Vrenara may invoice annual organizational agreements, 90-Day Partner Pilots, Enterprise / Multi-Site agreements, and other approved organizational purchases. Organizations may pay by card or ACH/bank payment when available through Vrenara’s payment processor.
+−Is co-branding included?
Yes, on eligible plans. Workforce Essentials does not include co-branding. Care Partner includes standard organizational co-branding on eligible resources. Care Partner Plus includes enhanced organizational co-branding, along with an organization-specific resource landing page where supported. Vrenara remains the primary intellectual-property owner, and co-branding does not mean full white-labeling. Some Vrenara branding, copyright notices, edition information, disclaimers, and safety language may remain on co-branded materials.
+−Can we use Vrenara at multiple sites?
Yes, depending on the plan limits. Workforce Essentials and Care Partner each cover 1 participating site. Care Partner Plus covers up to 3 participating organizational sites. Organizations needing more than 3 locations should use Enterprise / Multi-Site pricing. A site means a separately operated office, branch, program location, or other participating organizational location covered by the license.
