Refund Policy

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, saved, or printed immediately, sales are generally final once access is provided.

Vrenara will review a request submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase when:

• The purchaser was charged more than once for the same transaction.
• The delivered file is materially defective, corrupted, unreadable, or different from the product purchased and Vrenara cannot provide a working or correct replacement.
• A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

When a working replacement file, new download access, or reasonable troubleshooting resolves the problem, Vrenara may provide that remedy instead of a refund.

Refunds generally are not provided solely because a purchaser changes their mind, no longer needs the product, does not use it, lacks compatible software or printing equipment, or overlooked information that was clearly stated in the product description, format, language edition, or license terms.

Email hello@vrenara.com within 7 calendar days and provide:

• The product name.
• The email address used for purchase.
• The Gumroad order or receipt number.
• A brief description of the charge or technical problem.

Do not attach a completed Vrenara form or send client, medical, financial, employment, applicant, or other sensitive information.

Vrenara may verify the order, delivery status, and download or access history available through Gumroad. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Gumroad to the original payment method when available. Processing time may depend on Gumroad, the payment provider, and the purchaser's financial institution.

Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow Vrenara to waive.
